Dún Uladh Cultural Heritage Centre concerts are coming back: Live event plans for Ulster’s best trad acts
16th July 2021
After endless months of no live music or concerts, events are slowly beginning to creep back into fans and artists schedules, and it’s safe to say, Dún Uladh cannot wait to have everyone back.
After months of online, rescheduled and even cancelled gigs, Dún Uladh is delighted to announce the return of its concert series from the 29th July, with acts confirmed into the Autumn season. Ahead of the concerts, the staff at Dún Uladh are doing their very best to keep everyone safe and protected by implementing the use of ‘bubbled’, single and double seating available, alongside PPE and an online, contactless ticket service. This will ensure the safety of our highly valued and sorely missed friends, customers and visitors to Dún Uladh.
Brendan McAleer, Reachtaire at Dún Uladh, spoke of the excitement of having live events back in the centre, “We are so looking forward to hosting our concerts again this Summer. Over the last year, we’ve seen great resilience in our local communities throughout COVID-19, and it’s fantastic live events are returning to the centre, uniting everyone once again through the positivity of music”.
